This sizzling celebration of spice and culture, happening across two sessions (12:00–4:00pm and 4:30–8:30pm), is your ticket to a day packed with bold flavors, fiery challenges, and vibrant performances. Whether you’re a hot sauce fanatic or just craving a unique outing, this fest is set to turn up the heat.
Dive into a world of global hot sauces crafted by small businesses at the Hot Sauce Expo, where you can sample everything from tangy to tongue-scorching. Test your limits with Session 1’s spicy challenges, including Oggi’s Gourmet Pizza (1:00–1:30pm), Jamaican Patty (2:15–2:45pm), and Bone Sauce Wings (3:15–3:45pm). In Session 2, cheer on competitors in the League of Fire Chili-Eating Boston Area Championship (6:00–7:00pm). Between tastings, catch live cooking demos at the Spicy Food Lab or sip fiery cocktails and cultural beverages in the Spice Lounge. The vibe stays electric with performances of salsa, steel pan, African dance, and Afrobeats. Families can head to the Kids & Culture zone for face painting, henna art, and steel pan lessons.
